Description of the dispute: This Freelancer failed to complete the project on time, only the first stage was completed and milestone for that stage released.

The project is now months overdue and the freelancer has not returned my emails for two weeks and not provided any work update for over a month.

I would like the last 3 milestones canceled and credited to my freelancer account.

I am not happy to pay this freelancer anymore milestones as he has not done the work and has wasted over 2 months of my project time and made my company have to cancel this project all together damaging our reputation.

I gave the freelancer an additional week from the last dispute and still have not received anything, I even opened another project so that the freelancer would have a means to transfer me the finished documents however this was rejected by the freelancer.

I want the disputed amounts credited to my account now.

Thanks
